Ancient Mathematician

Ancient mathematicians believed in Numerology.

Most people have heard of Pythagoras because they have used his theorem relating the areas of the squares drawn on the sides of right angled triangles. Born in 570 BC in Samos, Pythagoras was an Astrologer, Numerologist as well as being one of the most famous mathematicians of all time. Nowerdays the world of mathematics has separated itself from the study of numerology for obvious reasons!
