Canoeing

Bedding, change of clothes and towel should be in a completely waterproof polythene bag.

On return from the hike divide equipment taken into three piles

1) Items never used

2) Items seldom used

3) Invaluable items.

Discard first two piles

Food.

Most things can be dehydrated. Don't take more than will be required eg. Don't take a full packet of tea and sugar.

Reports.
