Troop Night
Give patrol duties. Run regular patrol competition either on monthly or yearly basis.
Inspection
Take P.L. round with you. Tell P.L. mistakes NOT the boy. This gives P.L. prestige.
P.L. to instruct new boys on their Tenderfoot.
