Choose a transformation to send the ball to the hole. Use translation, rotation or reflection. Holes get trickier as you go!
| Complete all nine holes. The running total updates automatically. |
Axes: x from 0 to 20 at the bottom; y from 0 to 12 at the left. Ball and hole lie on integer coordinates.
Objective: Use transformations to move the ball into the hole on a 20 × 12 grid. The axes are labelled (x along the bottom 0–20, y up the left 0–12). If the ball finishes within 0.1 of a unit of the hole, it counts as holed.
y = m x + c (m and c can be decimals). Available on holes 1–8 but not hole 9.

"I think this task isn't working anymore unfortunately. I'm typing 15, -2 for the first hole and nothing is happening.
[Transum: Thank you very much for your comment. Feedback is always appreciated if you are using the translation option for the first hole, you can only use single digits. That means whole numbers -9 to 9. This restriction is in place; otherwise it would just be too easy.] "
