David and Andy were first to have breakfast because they had to attend a meeting about the race. After washing and drying up we decided to go for a walk. Neil attached a dog lead to his wrist. We reached the hut, which was better than ours and looked rather like a ship, with a basketball pitch marked out.

We carried on towards the pool. Neil Q, Paul Smith, Andy Key and I went back to the tent for money. On the way back the football team asked us to move the tent because it overlapped the pitch.

We got back to the pool and bought things from the shop. No. 1 told us there was a capsize competition, with three Mirrors capsized and the first crew to get theirs upright winning. We went to the sailing boats ready for Dave and Andy's race. They were rigging the dinghy while Andy Key and I messed about with Paul Smith, who ended up hanging from the railings screaming for help.

Some of us got fed up waiting for the race and went for a walk round by the canoes. We saw the swing boats and had a go. When the race had started we walked back slowly. On the way Paul Smith banged on a window and people on the golf course shouted at us.

We made our way back to the sailing race and found Dave and Andrew had finished last. We helped take the Mirror out, loaded it onto the roof of Squish's car, and went back to the tent for tea. Soup took longer than usual. After rushing the food we started messing about and jumping on people's backs. Andy Key jumped on No. 1's back; Andy collapsed but No. 1 stayed standing.

We went for a walk around Sutton Park. It started raining so we put on waterproofs, but when it stopped it became too hot to wear them. Going down a track through the forest, Squish and No. 1 started doing a silly walk like Monty Python and everyone turned to look. We reached a monument and collapsed around it until a man on a bike told us to get to one side because there was a running race.

Later, back at the tents, we saw some children playing football and asked for a game. The sides were split and Key showed real Wolves style. Our side won. The time came to load the cars and set off back to Wolverhampton. Signed Andy Denner.
