The weather was bright and sunny with a light following breeze.
The L.H. bank of the river was quite flat and bordered by reeds.
Passing the Village 965475 1/2 we noted that all the dwellings were on the R.H. bank and nearly all the houses and cottages had their grounds bordering the river's edge.
