The Group as a Family Unit

Ideally he has no other job ie no section to run. A coordinator who merely sees that each section is run correctly and properly eg. Pack, Troop, Seniors, Rovers.
Meeting of Scouters at the Group Council to discuss the technical side of Scouting.
Group Committee.
Consists of lay members to assist in fund raising and to organise the administration of group funds. G.S.M. should attend all these meetings.
Subs collected by the boys should be administered by the Court of Honour.
