Training and Testing.
The aim is to improve the boys character by activity. Activity - the key word.
A boy must pass his Tenderfoot before becoming a member of the Troop.
The items contained in Tenderfoot, 2nd Class and 1st Class should be put into practice.
Training
1) Direct teaching for some things is unavoidable but keep it brief and give in very short doses.
Good idea to bring in the layman specialist for some subjects eg. first aid. Be careful that they don't go on for too
