Law and Promise.

These are the basis of the Scout Movement.

Promise. No-one can become a Scout until they have made the Promise. The Promise should be made in accordance with the boys age and development.

Each boy should be a practising member of a church and attend its services.

Church Parades.

Insistence should not be made on attendance but every encouragement should be given.
