Law and Promise.
These are the basis of the Scout Movement.
Promise. No-one can become a Scout until they have made the Promise. The Promise should be made in accordance with the boys age and development.
Each boy should be a practising member of a church and attend its services.
Church Parades.
Insistence should not be made on attendance but every encouragement should be given.
