the warmest?
Probably Bangkok but it depends on the current conditions. 3. What is the range of temperatures? Take the coldest temperature from the warmest. 5. What is the time difference between Birmingham and Bangkok. Seven hours in the winter and six hours in the summer (daylight saving time) 7. It takes 11 hours to fly from Bangkok to Birmingham. If you take off at midday from Bangkok, what time will you arrive in Birmingham (local time)? 4pm. Though there is currently no direct flight from Bangkok to Birmingham! |
2. What is the mean
(average) temperature of these four cities?
Add up the temperatures
then divide by four. 4. Estimate the temperatures inside and outside your classroom right now. The inside temperature is probably about 21o C (if you are feeling comfortable). 6. What will be the time in Boston when it is half past midnight in Brisbane? 09:30 though this might be affected at different times of the year by daylight saving time. Does anyone know? 8. Can you guess which two cities in the world have the biggest time difference? Depending on the definition of a city! Let us know what you think here. |
