a = 55  :: This sequence is the 11 times table.

b = 172  :: Add 38 to the previous number

c = 496  :: Multiply the previous number by negative two

d = 32 :: Multiply the previous number by 2

e = 31  :: This sequence shows the number of days in the first few months of a (non leap) year.
