## Can you work out which numbers are hidden behind the clouds in these calculations?

##### Level 1Level 2Level 3Level 4Level 5DescriptionMore Algebra

This is level 5: mixed calculations including some fractions. You can earn a trophy if you get at least 9 correct and you do this activity online.  If a calculation contains more than one cloud, assume that the numbers covered up by those clouds are the same.

 447 + 75 = 109 - 89 = + 15 7.3 + = 7.98 × 460 = 128800 $$\frac78 +$$$$= \frac{15}{8}$$ $$\frac{10}{3} -$$$$= \frac{2}{6}$$ ++= 19.2 × = 81 ××= 50.653 ÷ 5 = × 5 5.3( − 7.3) = 19.61 ÷ (2.6 + 1.1 ) = 8.3

## Go Maths

Learning and understanding Mathematics, at every level, requires learner engagement. Mathematics is not a spectator sport. Sometimes traditional teaching fails to actively involve students. One way to address the problem is through the use of interactive activities and this web site provides many of those. The Go Maths page is an alphabetical list of free activities designed for students in Secondary/High school.
